All the depressed VARchester utd fans have come back to life and starting wumming again just for getting four wins for the first time and think they can win the league next season. He's not alone.

Decent performance, came up against a very good keeper and also VAR facked is.

Oh well, still can get over 100 points.

Had we not won the PL title this season but had dazzled the opposition as we have done many, many times over the preceding 30 years, would we have been satisfied ?

Salah and Mane haven’t been at their best the past few months and it shows how much Liverpool rely on them to produce.

Nearing 30 it’s probably time to invest big in a third option.

Can't compare a one off game to a season. Across a season you wouldn't have the opposition gk being motm every game or a wrong free kick leading to their goal or a denied penalty. In fact, the incredible points total we currently have and the records we have broken just prove today is a one off. When you play well you don't always win - that's football

Seems fairly clear that we haven't got the funds at the moment due to covid. It's very bad timing for us as it's the point at which investment is due as you rightly point out. Should be ok next season anyway it's after then that could be an issue.

I'm still hopeful that minamino will come good. If he even just becomes a very good level prem player I think it will be hard to look beyond us (subject to the silly money city are likely to spend)
