Man Cheaty Verdict

You’re probably right. Dangerous precedent to set though as the rest of us can now cheat like City if they aren’t banned.

Your guess is as good as any kash as sadly none of it is in the public domain

The biggest question is probably which side has the better lawyers.

Kash

What courts can they drag it through? Thought Cas was the last option?

Considering how confident Pep Guardiola sounded, it seems like they will overturn the decision and probably come out and say leaked info was fake. Reality is Man City probably paid themselves the money from the owners to balance the books.

I'm comfortable calling it cheating though, and being overly aggressive about how unfair it all is.

Imagine you're a fan of a smaller club now.

You have absolutely no chance of getting to the top table unless a wealthy owner comes along and for many, that is not remotely fair.

I think it'll be reduced to a one season ban with a hefty fine. If this isn't upheld FFP will be a complete farce.

I don’t think Guardiola should of discussed it tbh. Let’s be honest though, the only reality is if cas find in the clubs favour then most people still won’t believe it

I expect this but fear what Kash predicts.

Didn't City threaten Uefa to take them to court with some of there dodgy malpractices if this goes bad for them?

Would be an absolute farce if their ban isn’t upheld, they’re the dodgiest run club in Europe.

Shouldn't have been punished in the first place!

Did you guys hear the news Aurier’s brother was shot dead outside a club this morning? He was 26.

I have no problem with the concept of ffp. But come on, as soon as they set the parameters at transfers and wages it was clear what it was really all about. And it’s as if there was different winners of the PL and CL every year before they brought it in

No, that is shocking news.

I am sure a few cash stuffed envelopes have been passed in the right direction to overturn this decision for City.

No it was in Toulouse apparently. The story does not do him any favours to be fair.

sad news for the Auriers,
but with no context to the shooting ( i am to lazy to search) and connectiion to the Auriers I do not find it any more shocking than any other shootings

What couldn’t you agree more about? The lack of evidence based opinions on the thread?!
