Let’s be honest he hasn’t been outstanding but he’s contributing still.

I hope we don’t go down the eriksen route and underappreciate him as much as people did him.

I haven't agreed with the majority on here when they've said he's been awful since the restart

I still see him on the team sheet and think we
immediately have a chance

Defo don't think he's overrated and love his playing style and work ethic

Hopefully Jose keeps with yday's formation and it not only gives Son more freedom but it also frees up and takes the pressure of Kane.

Alot of fans are vile anyway so I wouldn't take much notice of them.

I never thought he was having a poor season. He has quiet games sure as every player does, but his stats are up there as being some of the best of his career with us.

Hasn't VAR cruelly ruled out 1 or 2 goals of his as well?

Could you say that he's been our Player of the Season? Not many candidates stand out. He's hardly been stellar himself but as it stands, who else has been better?

If anyone deserves stick it is Kane. He has been much worse that Son in terms of form but he is white so he gets a pass I guess.

regarding Kane, yes i absolutely agree, for me I have been extremely critical of Kane, not only since the restart but for hte last couple of seasons

his decision making and selfishness in situations where a better option of a cut back or simple pass would make more sense has been quite frustrating

I understand strikers have to be a little more selfish by nature, but the amount of goals we could have scored if he'd trusted his team mates a little more than himself would be higher than what we currently have

The whole team has been mediocre, but Son performance have been notable 👍

The poor decision making is a collective thing with all our forwards, not just Kane. Son had a chance to feed Kane last night but went for the selfish option. Moura often has times to release a ball before he runs into trouble. Same with Lamela.

I don't kind Kane being selfish in pen area but in some games his touch has been poor and loses the ball easily. Also he has moments when he thinks he can take on the whole defence and loses the ball cheaply as well.

Equally Son has those moments when he loses the ball cheaply as well but due to his pace he is more dynamic than Harry. When Harry got injured (again) Son excelled as the main man and rose to the challenge by scoring important goals.

oh no, don't get me wrong, I am VERY critical of our forwards, in particular Lamela and Moura

Whilst Moura had a good game against Arsenal last night, I generally hate seeing him and Lamela anywhere near our starting lineup

I have been very coal about both in previous posts and would jump at the opportunity to upgrade them

I was more so just mentioning Kane as his name was mentioned in LukaBras's post

Really? I get the impression he gets an easier ride because he's 'one of our own'

it's always that he doesn't have much support
or he's knackered from having to track back
or he doesn't have any competition for places

never the fact that his touch has declined, he's selfish, his free-kicks are a facking travesty, he's not the quickest etc

He still gets goals and assists even when he goes through his spells of bad form which is big
