Incredible job. We got very lucky there. Coming out
of the sh 1 t storm. He was a man of his word. Fixed
a ton of issues on and off the field. Getting ER back
and all. Very happy fan base.

Wonder if LIW changed his username yet?

His ham ke paid off, we had stayed down.. Then serious issues but... We are champions... And are on the cusp of huge windfall

Brilliant job to turn the club round in such a short time.
Wouldn't it be great if we could finish this season with the signing of Ben White.

Can't see Brighton selling him. Wish they would.

I'd take another season long loan if it meant we'd
have him in the side in the Prem.

On the White question, I wonder how hard it is to celebrate promotion knowing you have done it mostly for someone else. Yes he's put himself in the shop window and should go on to bigger and better if he doesn't sign for us but he must have contradicting emotions knowing that in a few days time he will be back with his parent club. Wouldn't surprise me if he has asked about staying on he feels more than a loan signing.

Would gladly take him for another season, I bet he would prefer playing in front of our fans compared to Brighton.

Supported AR since his first day here, unlike Bates and Cellino, he said what his plans were and he's done most of what he's said!..

Odd what happens when someone that's never had anything to do with a football club comes in, makes you wonder how the no nothings can can do what the know alls cant!..

AR has made some mistakes, but some is nothing compared to the Muppet show that went on before him!..

Done a good job in getting us up.

But as it stands we only have 14 first team players; feel this summer is an even bigger challenge.

Credit where it’s due though.

I have to say I thought he was clueless, glad I was wrong.

Vast majority of credit should go to the manager players and us the fans.

Radz, Orta and Kinnear have made far far far more errors than they have good decisions.

They have reconnected the city with the club. This has been a big success but then they did not have much to do to improve on the previous shysters.

They then made 1 great decision in bringing in Bielsa who has changed everything on the field. Credit to them for this but they also failed to keep Monk, sacked TC and appointed Heckingbottom ffs.

Had we failed this season we would have been in a complete financial mess with some crazy wages and contracts signed up.

Radz could go on to be hero but im very wary of where the increased revenues we make is going to go

Agree with kebab, it’s all about Bielsa. They one VERY good decision, that man has turned a mid table squad into a set of world beaters. Incredible.

I think that's really harsh.

It's been a learning curve for Radrizanni and his team but since the first year, he's learnt from those mistakes. He chose 2 poor managers, Orta signed some players who weren't up to it and they designed a horrible badge. But we shouldn't keep harping back to 2017/18 to judge them.

They made the most ambitious managerial appointment of any Championship club ever. They built the squad that took us up. They bought back the stadium. They engaged with fans and connected the club to the city again. They got category 1 status for the academy. Simply, they made us a proper football club again.

Also, don't think it can be overstated:

They kept Bielsa happy.

This is a manager who left his previous 3 jobs because he didn't feel supported. He feels supported enough here to seemingly stay for a 3rd year.

Done an awful lot more right than wrong. There is no disputing that. To thing otherwise is to ignore the evidence.

Agree with Best here on the club's approach to MB.
They kept MB happy. Huge result that. Saying that,
everyone at the club needs to be commended for
what has just happened. They all did their part.

Balls is people that think Bielsa has done everything on his own!..

He hasn't, but, he is one who knows what's what and we should be happy he's found people that he is more than happy to work with!..

It comes down to AR, his right hand men and Bielsa having what at this moment in time seems to be a good,(great!)working relationship, I'd hate to think of what would have been if Kenny had talked to Bates or Cellino before AR, promotion?......yep, to the lower leagues!..

If AR and Co were no good at what they're trying to do, then there'd be no reason for Bielsa to be here!..

It comes down to a club that has finally found out what football is, and the right people in the right place at the right time!..

Credit goes to the Players for learning Bielsa ball to near perfection, to Bielsa for bringing his way to the club, to the people in Suits for giving him what he wants,(nah, that with his own money isn't his way, he goes cheap and helps develop the Youth system!)he takes normal players and turns them into what we're now seeing!..

Credit should also be given to the normal everyday people around the club that Bielsa seems to think the club couldn't work without, they're part of his team and the club is functioning a hell of a sight better now than before AR!..

Elland Road finally has its football team back!..

Radz is a visionary - he has bedded LUFC back in the community where it belongs. Players know they belong to that wider community as well as LUFC. This is a powerful motivator.
As for Orta and Kinnear, I'm with Kebab on this one. We have done some appalling business in the past few years - JKA, Costa, James, Adams, Nketiah as players we have brought in, or tried to bring in. Roofe and Pontus sold for small change.
As for the contracts we have tied ourselves up with, we could be paying off players for years without them touching a ball for us.
I would gladly swap Orta for the guy who does his job at Brentford.

I said some time ago that the first signing we should make isn't a player, but whoever does the scouting/identifying of talent at Brentford. They seem to find pearls each season.

Lots raved about JKA and Costa. James was just Swansea playing Club politics.

Costa, to me, will be ok in the Prem. Not sure why he’s bad business. Even at £15m it’s chicken feed now we have promotion.

JKA is a strange one. Did Bielsa want him? He certainly shed the weight in lockdown which suggests he wanted in. Now we will see what the contract really said. Could be embarrassing for someone if we are forced to sign him whilst he’s crocked.

Eddie was t played by Bielsa because he didn’t fit our style. Question is who identified him? Do we know?

Love it when people always give Augustin grief, I don't think anyone,(should I say most?)around here know anything about him!..

He was meant to be used and had an injury, while recovering the coaching staff did overtime on him, they and the players all said in training he was great, plans were to use him in the run in which he had got up to fitness for, but injury again put pain to that!..

But whatever people here think, I've talked to lots here who support lots of different teams and they all reckon he can do a job!..

A good mate of mine, HSV fan who's been keeping close tabs on Leeds because of Bielsa,(he wants him to manage HSV!)he says he's never seen Augustin looking so fit!..

He thinks Bielsa would get a lot from him!..

I think if the club are forced to keep him they'd be best of giving him that chance that injury didn't, he just might surprise a few!..
