No doubt he was for around 3 seasons prob the best but last 4 years he has been getting worse and worse. And then when u have thwt lump maguire infront of you as well!!!

He hasn't wanted to be there for years, ever since his head was turned by RM. He wanted a move to Madrid to be with his fiance but instead united activated their option to extend his contract for another year.

United then offered him a huge contract on the understanding he could leave if Madrid came calling. Unfortunately after this setback, and following Faxgate, RM decided to look elsewhere and De Gea was left pisshed off at United and having to wait it out. 😂😂😂

When I made a similar post at the time, I was told De Gea is the consummate professional and won't let these things affect his state of mind or his game.

I couldn’t help but think that when Gary Nevill spoke of managers turning £150M players into £30 M players, McGuire’s name came straight to the fore. All due respect to the lad but he isn’t good enough for ManU. He was good at Leicester, granted, but at United he’s gone downhill.
