It will be an intriguing series. I think England will win 2-1

Batting is much stronger than before. Should be well contested series

Pakistan will be rusty. Yes they are playing against each other in warm up games but that is not the true test while England are playing competitive cricket and hitting form.

Yep expect a 3-0 series win for England.

Having watched some of the England vs West Indies game, I think some of out batsmen will struggle with the short stuff Archer is likely to ball at us.

We will bat better. Don't forget WI are without 2 of there best batsman and everyone else averages low 30's. We have Azhar, Babar, Shafiq averaging 40 plus. Babar targetting 50. Openers need to do there job and Masood has improved since he was last here.

We will have a very long tail though unless we don't play Yasir.

Should be a good one. Fully expect Pakistan to put up a better fighter than the windies did. See most of the old boys are coming back as part of coaching / backdrop

Now the West Indies series is done, I can fully look forward to this series. We've got a terrible record in the opening test of a series over the last few years but we have no excuses and should come into this test match ready.

West Indies started well but then faded and I sort of expect you boys to go the other way. Possibly a slow start but grow into the series as we potentially tire although we'll likely look to rotate the seamers.

Our top 6 is starting to take shape although we're still in search of a 3. Crawley looked like he might get a run and he still might but he's only had 10 test innings so far, with only 2 of those actually at 3 and got a first baller in his last outing there.

England will definitely go in as favourites. Pakistan have done themselves zero favours in the latest 2 warm ups by ridiculously over bowling Afridi and shah.... what’s the point of doing that given its 3 tests in about 4 weeks

Also Pakistan been dropping catches in the slip and have been about as useful as De Gea catching a ball

That said, if the weather is good expect us to bat well in Manchester and Southampton

We are going to be rusty as fack but at least with the lockdown rules no one will go running to a bookmaker or opening ice cream parlors

We just need the OP to ban Neo because his plagerised "Need a wicket" has a very good success rate.

Expect Pakistan to dominate this series. The English condition suit us, batsmen are more technically sound than before and expect bowlers to give tough time to English. Time to get plundered wealth back

Babar is easily the best batsman in the lineup, rest have not scored runs consistently against big teams
