read a few spurs fans comments about Foyth and they all reckon hes pants and not worth the supposed 15m being touted. Never seen him play myself and dont think hes played too many games so to me anything over 3-5m is overpriced. Again know nothing about Almada and as for Eze or Buendia both good players but in todays market think about 10m would be their limit and we would only go for one or the other. Guess if we were interested and not papertalk it would all depend on which one MB wanted the most and only for the right price

did MB not have a list off 5 players he wanted. I would agree with what you say plus maybe a LB as well so out of the dozens we are supposedly linked with will probably get none and 4 or 5 curve balls will land at ER in the next couple of weeks from Ortas secret stash

Secondly, and more controversially I would imagine, Radz and Orta's signings were a huge part on getting us up.. when we're talking about hit rate for Orta, that includes many young lads who they took a chance on, but lets not forget our first team / squad, and how much those lads have done to get us up. Costa, Bamford, Klick, White, Harrison off the top of my head were big big reasons we smashed the league. Then you look at a Paveda, how decent does he look, potentially.
a bit controversial maybe, but I'm totally ok with transfers in the hands of our club.

Luiz springs to mind first. Had completely forgot Forth existed.

thats really true actually - to be fiar in one sense we do need to add to the squad, nobody would say we don't.. but lets get the right players in.. lets not as fans just purely see we've spent a load of money and be happy about it.
Villa fans were jumping through hoops this time last season, all these new players in, turned out rubbish, and a waste of money, they were lucky they didn't go down..
the right player, the right fit, for the right money is what we need! - but that could take longer than expected... I'd rather see us identify a player, and get him, I guess the balance is how much is he worth to us.
love the thought of Ben White - but 30 million is a lot. mind, I think I'd prob pay that to be fair, personally !! hmmm its tough.
