If the point of the OP is that we need more depth (in terms of quality) then it's a valid one but I don't think we could get someone of Martial's quality in to cover the CF position. IMO we have plenty of cover there and what we need is top quality on the right where only Greenwood in truth has shown some effectiveness.

I love how people are dead against dripping Martial after his wonderful season at CF but are fine with dropping Greenwood (who has had a far better season than Martial) for Sancho.

It ends up providing us with more depth at striker, as we can move Rashford centrally and Sancho over to the left. That way we don’t have to rely on Greenwood competing physically with premier league cb’s, and he can be brought in on the right side.
