He's only 23 though, and that's the only time I've bothered to look closely at him.

6 PL appearances isn't enough to judge a 22 year old, but admittedly, neither is 1 appearance in a CL QF.

He’s played twice as many games than that for City this season and I didn’t see enough to convince me he would be good enough, as much as I wanted him to be. That fullback position was there for the taking too.
