I don’t think it’ll go down well
Got a sinking feeling it wont go well
Disagree, it looks watertight to me.

What about Jenny the cat !
I get an icy feeling playing board games
They could produce board games around several disasters
Titanic is just the tip of the iceberg
Made me think of the classic board game Escape from Atlantis, where the island you are on is sinking/disintegrating and a spinner lets you move sharks or sea-serpents towards your opponents.
The dice could be made from ice, a small dice shaped container you put in your freezer.
Who would choose to play as Cal or Ruth? That's worse than the worst of the Monopoly pieces.
Who was Ruth and where is Molly Brown?

Ruth is Rose's mother and I also thought Molly might have been in there.

Yep
This article is only the tip of the iceberg
I suppose if you play as Cal, you can cheat and say at the end: "I always win, Jack. One way or another."
I don’t think anyone would play as Cal on their first go that’s for sure, maybe after you’ve played a dozen times, and then you could completely reimagine him as a good guy, a good samaritan, giving away valuable possessions and going down with the ship.

He liked to give thing away.
"I put the diamond in the coat... And I put the coat on her!"
Would like to see the option to play as Fabrizio De Rossi, a fictional character from the film. He wins a third-class ticket (along with a pocket knife which he uses to cut lifeboats down). This would be a really good feature in the game imo.
Does Captain Smith go to jail for hitting an iceberg !
It is widely acknowledged that Captain Smith, spent the evening of the disaster at a dinner party in the first-class restaurant, and then in the saloon bar, before returning to his cabin for the night.
My priority would be to save the passengers in First Class.
They're more likely to give you a reward.
Not only a cash reward, but saving a media tycoon for example would’ve got you off the hook in the aftermath, the inquiries, public perception etc, that’s where this board game could be a game changer, a different angle. But no one knows until the game is released. Maybe you have the right strategy, but could backfire, we just don’t know yet.
