Is the Bolingoli situation still ongoing? Seems pretty public knowledge a week or two ago. All over the news.
Teams still feeling the consequences

What is it we’re supposed to be deflecting from? It’s like deflecting from the shiite I took yesterday morning.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm still cleaning it oot ma eyes
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ooft.

That’s just the jolt I need to actually do some work.

That’s an oddly intangible thing. It was really embarrassing. People were angry. Celtic fans were angry. A fortnight ago.
Is there a reason it’s ongoing? Do you have any idea of what the time-scale before we can stopped being embarrassed about it?
I had kind of filed it away. Is there an investigation going on?

When you're told not fly
Because the season may die
It's Bolingoli

----------------------------------------------------------------------
How do you think Boli's stupidity compares to Rangers' decision to go ahead with a match despite having not received test results and their failure to notify their opponents?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

One resulted in no action.

The other caused the First Minister to intervene, resulted in Celtic games being cancelled and was a major contributor to the pause on the return of competitive football outside the top flight across the country.

So all things considered pretty similar situations.👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And would you say that those were fair and proportionate responses?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Rangers explanation of their situation was accepted. They misunderstood the guidance.

The fact that Rangers explanation of events was accepted indicates that the SPFL accepted that the guidance they gave was open to interpretation and therefore not clear enough.

The Scottish Government and SPFL have had to clarify a lot of the guidance and requirements to the football clubs over the past couple of weeks for that very reason - the initial guidance given was not clear enough.

On the other hand it has seemed pretty clear to me since it was announced that if you go to Spain you need to self isolate for two weeks.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Indeed. Where does it state that the individual's employer would also be punished?

And normally ignorance is no defence.

Further Ranger refused match officials entry to whatever the training centre is called for lack of test results. The rules were well understood
----------------------------------------------------------------------

And 'normally' you might have had a point

Unprecedented times etc etc

What a life it must be spending your days trying to twist and shoehorn reasonable facts into your 'Rangers bad' ideology!?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Startling stuff, isn't it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It just seems a bit desperate.

Its the lack of self awareness as well.

We had one lad on here saying they hadn't seen a single Celtic fan trying to deflect away from what Bolingoli did.

Yet we have another doing exactly that - 'aye but Rangers pure did that thing at the training centre'

Yes - which has been looked at, the guidance has been clarified and everybody has agreed we all need to do better.

The only people wanting to keep talking about that situation are celtic fans trying to deflect from the Bolingoli situation.

Which they absolutely would never do of course....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Mate-some folk go to crazy lengths on here.

There was one wag who went to see if Fraser Forster was still with a girlfriend from years ago, and 6 pages later found out that he hadn’t been playing well recently.

It’s mental on here sometimes.

Bid for Kent confirmed.

Someone should tell Bielsa that he needs to get on JA606 and he would realise Kent isn't good enough for the EPL.

He needs to sack his scouts and take the advice of some of the experts on here.

To think that there are Celtic supporters who actually spent their hard-earned on Rangers products.

It really is bewildering - I am sure no other support would buy the products of their greatest rival.

Different breed.

Nah.

Kent is doing well for us this season. He is one of our biggest threats and is capable of match winning moments.

He is also crucial to what we do when he comes inside to make space for Barisic.

If they go to nearer £15m then it becomes hard to turn down a double your money deal on someone we only bought 12 months ago.

He is very important to us though and has bags of potential.

I’m very aware the mark up on school stuff. Our place they even told you there was only one shop you could buy it, oh, and it’s the other side of the city. No waltzing into your local SD, no siree.

I concur, but i do think someone has to go for a reasonable sum to help the books balance

Why don't youse cash in on Morelos?

Does it send out the wrong message when you sell your marquee signing?
The signing so many of your fans were demanding?

I'd be raging if Celtic sold...uhm...FFS Celtic, buy someone exciting.
