Is there really any need for that?
Hiding behind your keyboard.
Pathetic.
Probably give them a call to clarify.
Just on a general level tho on social media, some Leeds fans just whinge and moan at anything the club does ffs. The amount of abuse lufc Twitter is getting because of the time people are spending online trying to get a shirt.... have something patience ffs. The shirts are clearly in high demand....
Happened to me yesterday
The screen said payment failed so I tried again failed again with same message.
Tried another card still no joy.
Checked my account - 3 pending payments.
Contacted Shop via Web and email - got reply this morning saying no money taken and that pending payment will reverse.
The bit I didn't like was them saying it was my fault due to address which is automatically held not input.
Yes sounds like their software can't cope!
Very reluctant to reorder now even though they asked me to do so.
.....I suspect we won't be the only ones!

Normally I'd agree with this about too much fan negativity. But this is an embarrassing and ridiculous thing to be happening at a Premier League club in 2020. The club should sack the company running their site.
It costs relatively little to fix and any decent web development company can do it. They knew the site was going to be busy today and easily could have prepared for it.
Add to that, the website itself isn't secure which means fans' details are at risk. Anyone who has their card details saved on their account, would be best removing them.
They are a business at the end of the day selling a product to their customers. They missed out on hundreds, if not thousands, of sales and annoyed their customers giving them hassle such as sorting out payments.

First comment in a year is this lol
Off to the club shop in town to get one at the weekend. Will have it before the delivery from the sites arrives and will be much easier.
Tried the shop but it’s too slow.
Should be much better but I don’t care enough to complain

Who is it
Some Prem clubs sell replica shirts in stores like sports direct and JD sports.
Why are Leeds shirts never on sale in these stores?

Some fair points raised. Wasn’t aware of the cyber security risks with the card payments.
Update:
It's in my order history, so it must've gone through, but I've asked them to resend the confirmation email twice and nothing's happened.
I'll call them tomorrow to clear things up. Either I'm getting a shirt in the post, or I'm getting a refund and I'm going to one of the club's actual shops next week.
Update:
Attempted to call their customer service number 5 times and the call was disconnected every time. I've tried to go to the order details on my account to cancel the order but there's no such link.
So basically, I'm now £60 out of pocket, with no guarantee of the product ever turning up, no means of getting the money back, and no means of talking to the club staff to clear the matter up.
I feel like I've been mugged and am now extremely angry about it.

cos not in pl, they will be back on the shelves soon
Update:
Finally got through to customer service, and been told they've definitely received the order. They're not sure why the confirmation email hasn't come through but its all clear at their end.
Panic over....for now.

good news tall. i was rethinking ordering but still think i'll wait a week or so.
They told me it'd probably take a week before it actually turns up. Kind of annoying given all the pics I've seen on Twitter of fans getting their shirts today but at least I've not been fleeced by a slow website.
