Why mentioning the fact that she is a female then?
The reason I mentioned that she is a female is because some tw@t (like you ) will claim sexism whereas in fact I couldn't give a toss as long as a person is good at their job...

I didn’t mention it though and couldn’t give a shtteee either way, but interesting you found the need to state she is female to defend yourselves against sexism
I thought during world Cup last year she was pretty good. Had a good knowledge of none English players. This test match alone was a bit of a bore. A dead pitch and not much to get excited about other than a very Good partnership.

Sir Geoffrey summed it up, they are sacrificing quality for equality these days.
The only thing that should be taken into consideration is somebodies ability to do a job well, not their gender or skin colour.
The very fact that these media companies and corporations purposely select people based on their gender and race to satisfy a need for diversity, is in itself sexist and racist.
