Harry Maguire's legal team are requesting a postponement of his case, according to Sky News.
Maguire's lawyer, Alexis Anagnostakis, says he has not had time to properly prepare his case after only receiving a hard copy of the charge sheet two hours ahead of the trial.
The court is now taking a break to consider Anagnostakis' call for an adjournment.

Requests for an adjournment have repeatedly been denied by the judge.
Harry Maguire's attorney says he "did not beat anyone, accost anyone, or injure anyone".
The first police witness is now taking the stand.

They then asked to be driven to the hospital, but were taken to the police department. Upon arriving at the station, they were assaulted by officers who kicked Maguire the leg and shouted "your career is over".

I vividly remember being approached by an elderly lady in back leather whose opening chat up line was 'would you believe I'm a grandmother'. Even so never twhatted a Greek policeman or had my sister injected with a deadly virus by an Albanian hit man. How the other half lives eh?
