Pressure of the 10IAR building and the cracks are already appearing.

Can the bears swoop in and take advantage to steal the league or will their usual new year slump ensue?

Its all their for the terrors Ivan. Just need to keep it together and the future is Tangerine.

My belief now is that CL is just way beyond the reality of Scottish clubs.

We simply are not anywhere good enough across the board and that’s from players to management to recruitment.
......................................................................................

The CL or just qualifying?

because the pool of sides through Champions route qualifying really aren't the best
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Both in all honesty.

As for them being “not very good sides”; clearly the last couple of years indicate they are.

Also this thing about a “must win” season.

Total nonsense in my book. What happens if we lose it?

We get a new manager and the wum season is open for all bears until we win it again.

That’s it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It goes back to as it was. Back and forth titles for years to come

It's a must win in terms of legacies and records. Nothing more, nothing less. Nothing that anyone outside of the OF care about.

If Rangers win they will celebrate like we did stopping the 10. If we win we will celebrate winning the 10. Then within a few days we are back to trying to motivate a whole new squad for the next season

When you see other managers like Rodgers making subs telling players tactics and trying to shuffle to counter what the other team is doing then you have lennon clapping his hands and saying 'intae them'

Reminded me of Graham Murty

I think half time came too soon as we were on top and also the lack of crowd swayed the ref as the hungarian dug out were roaring for every decision.

Don't think Lennon even did that last night, was sat on his arÅ›è everytime the camera panned to him

Yep

All a bit meh to me and clearly because of the current circumstances which as I’ve said I don’t see changing any time soon.

He was on a yellow card. Perhaps thought that if he got a another to get a red the team would be up against it for the rest of the game

Your sensible comment has no place here mate.

Let me explain the JA rules. It is all about one upmanship and wumming your rivals as much as possible.

You will still win the league probably by about 7 points. A poor result in Europe doesn't make you a bad domestic side overnight.

Not being rude but EL is probably more your level at the moment anyway. At least there is a chance of a decent run in that.

The Cl would have kept us going this season, kept us relevant and gives us something to look forward to this year......the qualifying process drastically reduced in our favour yet we somehow still manage to embarrass ourselves and go our in R2 after a one off tie at home.....the earliest exit in 15 years. Truly sickened with them. Didn't think it could get any worse after Cluj last year but here we are again..........

I always find the forum funny after a bad result. Everyone becomes an expert manager. Decisions that should have been made, players that should have played, subs that should be brought on, the way the manager sat or walked or shuffled a board. Everyone would have done it better

Nonsense. Elhamed is a player everyone wanted to play more. Needed a striker up top - Christie scored. Need Ntcham playing more - done.

Now it's all should have done this instead. Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe we didn't play well as a team? First 20 minutes they ran all over us. Rest of the game we controlled it and got hit with a launch up the pitch a la Tony Watt

It's scheidt but not one individual is to blame.

See even if we win the league this year with Lennon on board, I honestly don't think he should be allowed another go at CL qualifying, I know this sounds ridiculous but its where I am at right now

Totally gutted about last night. A few points:
1. I’ve laughed loud at Gerrard throwing his players under the bus - our manager did it last night and that was a massive mistake.
2. You can’t continually miss glorious chances and beat any team (Christie trying a heel flick when all he had to do was thump it in was infuriating)
3. Had we taken the lead at any stage in second half they were gone - why did we stop playing the way we did from the 35th minute?
4. Defending for both goals was abysmal
5. For the first time since he won the league in 2019 Lennon looks clueless.
6. Finally if any player wants to go get a decent price for them and out the door ASAP.

Guys like Eddy simply won't want to stay another year without CL and you can't blame him. A fcking nightmare tbh but we continuously make the same mistakes over and over every single year at this point. Nothing surer that 2nd goal going in last night despite them offering zilch....you just knew we would fck it up. Footh through the tele stuff

It's more than last night though Callsign, there is a lethargy about us and its concerning, look it will probably all come good, but selections like last night not good enough, Christie scored from a deflection, if we had a proper striker up front then I think we would have buried a number of the chances we had, Lennon is accountable for that.

CL was needed to hold onto eddy in my opinion, that’s why last night was disappointing

Yup, and says some players don't wanna be there.

Y'know who does?.. Klimala. Been bidding a gut to get himself in better shape and physically stronger, yet doesn't even get off the bench last night let alone a start.

And the thing with a post like that call sign yeah get the points made, but those same issues were present v cluj and v copenhagen. All 3 games at home, all 3 games we should be winning given the balance of play in the game.

no we didn't all say this, some of us wanted CL participation for the extra revenue it brings and to attract a higher standard of players and to keep players like Edouard
