Sayin it one more time...
We need Cisse to protect the back 4, who dont know how to cope with two forwards running at them from deep. At the moment it is open house.

I dont know what Cisse did KM, but unless it was the missus i'd give him another chance, before you balls up the season and get yourself sacked !

James was a big name signing but we didn't need him. Gerks and Hendo are both good keepers - I preferred Hendo tbh.

It says something about our team when our best home performance of the season is a 3-2 defeat.

We are lucky League 1 is there to cushion our fall, or we would drop out past the gas - we really are that poor and fast becoming the laughing stock of the league.

How I long for the days of the Johnsons - all those boring 1-0 wins .....

-------------

I know R&W we warned people to be careful what they wished for in those days when one nil wins were deemed, by some, to be sub standard.

The failure to back that set up at the first sign of a struggle has sent this club spiraling downwards and it doesnt look like stopping either.

Bring back possesion football

Yes there were a few of us that did warn what might happen when GJ goes...
I still believe it was the pressure of some of the fans that caused the problem with Johnson.

But hey that's long gone.

Now Millen is a different ball game and must admit I never ever had any confidence in him for day one.

As it is, I believe the right thing for this club is to look else where for a manager.

He's not up to the job and IMO not the man to help progress this club. So again IMO there is no point in him hanging around.
The board needs to act fast, but must make sure that the right man is choosen.

I love Milly the bloke, but this isn't a mate's convention - a football club is very precious and is easily damaged but very hard to fix once broken.

We need a proven leader to pull us from the mire - or we might as well start planning to shed our more expensive players in the January window in preparation for league 1 football - and I hope nobody is stupid or complacant enough to think we would bounce straight back up - it took us 13 years before.
