Like I think what will prove to be Spurs’ two best “signings” this summer will be King & Hart for the off the field roles effectively, Spurs have all the quality but now you have the mentality unit off the pitch and in the dressing room with them plus Kane and Jose. Gives you that extra 10% needed

This is the sole reason Mourinho was brought in, Pochettino would have been boring and no one would have understood him, lack of charisma.

Thought it was really interesting, as I said earlier though not saying it because it’s a rival club but it seems like Spurs players really lack any charisma or character or “oomph”, very quiet and reserved which isn’t a bad thing but you need some big characters and could explain why you have more than enough quality to win trophies but haven’t got over the line just yet.

Stark contrast to Jose and seems like he’ll bring a lot of your players out their shells (Joe Hart is a great signing as well, and bringing Ledley in to the coaching staff) and I think you’ll defo take cups a lot more seriously this year and will likely win carling cup at least

Spurs geared up for a very good year and very interesting documentary

Not gonna lie though Kane’s pre match pep talks do slightly cringe me lol
----------------------------------------------------------------------

it’s Harry’s voice ain’t it? He can’t help it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
these pep talks are supposed to be a private matter so can't help but seem staged when the cameras running.

What are your thoughts of Levy in it, Don? To me he actually seems like a fairly decent bloke, different to what I was expecting.

Seems like a decent bloke but probably a lot of smoke and mirrors in the entire documentary.

BTW I wish more players and managers did this during football matches. Us fans can give it in bucketloads but the moment a player or manager shouts back some fans get all flakey and even start calling for the Police LOL

They glossed over Poch getting ousted a bit I reckon but I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Great getting an insight into the day to day running of the club but to me the most revealing person was Levy, OK some of it had to be staged but he earned a little sympathy from me,and Jose...warming to him...a little.

Just watched the first episode. It's worth watching because it's spurs but felt it was quite staged. The Sunderland documentary was much better.

Regarding Jose, I thought he came across as quite outdated. Seems he's quite an old motivator, just saying fack or candy every second word. In the first episode I got the impression the player's were quite on edge around him.

Haven't watched it and not planning too either(yet) but I take it King Jose is running the show? Will be interesting to see the reaction of those who dislike him so much like MourOutThough for example.

MourOutThough?? Come on LB, I’m better than that

I haven’t watched to doc, and do not intend to. It’s clearly a vehicle for Jose and his ego. Like when a comedian stars in his own tv series.

I can’t deny he is entertaining, he is box office for Amazon. And I have laughed at the clips I have seen of his deadpan humour. He is like a funny Jack Dee.

But I don’t want Jack Dee managing my football club.

Should be on Netflix along side the Crown

Why on earth would any Spurs fan with an access to it not watch it?

The only thing I can think of is that they are scared Jose will come out of it well and maybe if thats the case they don't trust themselves not to mellom towards him.

If you support a football team and there is a documentary made about that team it kind of follows that you take a look.

I’ve only seen a couple of episodes and tbh from an outsider looking in I’m disappointed. Poch’s departure has been glossed over, no real talk of the CL final, CL group stage was bypassed, no real talk of players rebuilding their confidence.

It’s very much the Jose show with Levy popping his head in

I don’t want to watch it as I found last season to be spectacularly depressing. Why would I want to go through that again?

I don’t care how Jose comes out of this doc. I judge him on performances and results, not his personality.

Watched two episodes, really enjoying it. Nice touch with the ball boy in episode two.

Some funny bits in first episode. It's not negative, spurs fans should be watching this.

The CL final was the season before. The cameras weren’t even in then, so there’s no reason to include it. They reference back to it plenty but for a doc about this season it’s irrelevant.

Also they were only doing ‘light filming’ when Poch got sacked as they weren’t expecting much eventful at that stage of the season.

What is the real object for making this documentary? It surely cant be to entertain Spurs fans around the world, not a big enough market , and it has been said other club supporters are unlikely to watch, not sure there is a big enough market in US for Soccer documentaries, so is it designed to sell Tottenham Hotspur FC to potential buyers, a cunning plan from Levy no doubt
