How could he have done his anterior crucial ligament?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m not a real doctor despite what I’ve told some women but my guess would be it’s in the area he was kicked ergo “could” have
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s not how ACL ruptures happen though. Its like suggesting you could tear someone’s tendon by punching them there. It was a poor tackle no doubt but the suggestion it could have caused an ACL is hyperbole in my view.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks I’ll call you as an expert witness in any future claims
Pity you weren’t around when Jim Deakin was injured you could have been at the trial
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Aye I was probably too busy recovering from one of my 3 ACL ruptures and half a dozen strains
----------------------------------------------------------------------
By that criteria I should work as an expert advisor to the police on burglary as my hoose has been burgled twice

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know mate but you're on your own now.
I not explaining the basic concepts of burglary to you again. Once was bad enough.

I’m not disagreeing I’m just saying that it’s not outside the realms of possibility a challenge like that could have caused the same circular movement of the knee leading to a tear or rupture unless Columbians have an entirely different muscle system
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s fair. I’m suggesting it’s an extremely remote possibility looking at the challenge 👍

Hi Rising

Just had a quick look and can't see your similar articles when Morelos stamped on Ralston or volleyed Brown in the nuts.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Volleyed in the nuts ffs
No wonder we got horsed in Afghanistan if sojurs call that a volley
“Quick run they’ve got balaclavas and big boots on”

I haven't actually seen the Morelos one as I was distracted by the baby for a few mins.

I haven't actually seen the Morelos one as I was distracted by the baby for a few mins.

I do know that it was deliberate, evil, intended and Dundee United should be forced to play with 10 men against rangers for the rest of the season is the only appropriate punishment.

Actually there is an Idea. If players get suspended after the fact should one of the games be held until you play that club again?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The point I made earlier re compliance officer
Guys not sent off guy gets ban guy serves ban against other team
For me I’d bin the compliance officer and go with the 90 minutes as the criteria for being”reported” are a tad vague
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah the way it works seems pointless. As you are right the club the offence was against sees no benefit, indeed as you say could weaken them against teams they are battling for places with.

Even as a deterrent/punishment I am not sure it works as unless the club fine the player which in most cases they won't then all its doing is giving them a few weekends off.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Said as much yesterday, but its the same as a player getting sent off in the 89th minute, rarely does that help the team he has offended.

AM foot was off the ground - nothing like Durrant and never doing an ACL. He was already withdrawing it as he knew he was going to take a hit. Only the boy knows if he followed with intent.

Modern mouldies can be sharp as fook and way worse than aluminium studs. The blades that Mizuno used at one time were like butcher's knives ffs.

I don't think Clancy having seen it prevents the CO investigating? The Rangers friendly press are obviously doing their best to get it done.

Doubt that it will be more than a yellow if that happens?

He won’t get a yellow then. It’s either a red card or nothing.

Could have been 100% funnier if each time it cut to the fan a different bit of the logo was missing from the shirt in a Fawlty Towers manner.

I’m in the wrong business, I really am.

Actually, I’m not in any business
