I've never seen a Mourinho team look as bad as this, seriously. Even in his darkest days with us & United there were flickers of quality underneath the sh!tpile, this Spurs team going back last season are so devoid of any identity at all. It's proper eye gouging football.
I don't even think it's a case of something fundamentally wrong with Spurs or Mourinho, it's just dead as a combination. The Bournemouth game last year was it for me, the moment where I knew it simply didn't work.
One game doesn't make a season but having said that looking at today Tottenham look like they lack quality but more worryingly for their fans they look like they lack determination and effort. The closing down and pressing was mostly non existent. Mourinho is only taking them one way and it's not up that's for sure.

I think the lack of fans is affecting things. Players would surely show more positivity even just for the fans, they feel safe playing like statues in an empty stadium!

Difference is Aurier has the pace to get up and down all game in that set up.
If people can’t see we have too many average players then Seriously something wrong.

We hoard technically inept players(happening for years) like it’s going out of fashion and physically we can’t tackle and so embarrassingly easy to play against.
We sort the midfield out we have a chance. Today people were scared to receive the ball, poor ball control, sideways passing , winks scared to turn and look up, I could go on. The first “through the lines” pass came when Ndombele came on. And why the fack Was Alderweireld given a new contract. Any d@ckhead could see his legs have gone . Only at Spurs. If players like winks , sissoko, Alderweireld, Davies, Alli were at our rivals they would have got rid.
Levy am afraid not only needs to get his checkbook out but buy quality. If you have players in centre mid who can’t handle a football we have Zero chance.
Getting rid of Mourinho will make NO difference. He has to work with a pile of sheet like Poch eventually did.
