RDD are you seriously saying the vast majority of people who complained about that dance are not white?

What's interesting is the most ever ofcom complaints came when a young woman of middle Eastern decent was brave enough to stand up to violence against her a young woman of middle Eastern decent

Is it a coincidence? 🤔

Didn't watch Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday or on catch-up at 1.30am.

Is it worth watching at all, now that I won't be shocked by this outrageous attack on my white, privileged sensibilities!

I think I'll complain any way any one got the link?

Love how these movements think you can teach people not to be racist when in fact they are just creating a wider divide than we have seen in decades.

If being against racism is creating a divide then there is a right and wrong side to be on in that divide.

Whether you like it or not a lot of what folks call 'racism' is generational. My mother would be classed a racist, she is 80 plus and has probably never even spoken to a black person in her life. But just like now with the Eastern Europeans everyone complains about she saw and heard about the first wave of immigrants going to the UK way back when.

On top of that these movements, rightly or wrongly are associated with rioting and destruction and it is no surprise many turn their back on these groups when that is what they see. I didn't hear a single voice defending the police after the first killing that triggered all of this but yet we still had to see neighbourhood after neighbourhood set ablaze and it is no surprise people then condemn these movements. Nothing to do with being racist at all.

The most ironic thing of all though is that black lives matter is an extremely isolating movement that does the cause no good whatsoever.

Why would you mother be classed as 'racist' due to her age, she either is or isn't?
People associate BLM with rioting because it's what they choose to see or a being fed by the news, constantly, they ignore EVERYTHING else, like unarmed black people being straight up murdered on camera by police officers.
And the last comment sums up a lot of people...because people are saying Black Lives matter, not more than anyone, just EQUAL to everyone else, because we have been systematically treated like chit for hundreds of years from governments, police, employment, education etc and you say it's extremely isolating

Yeah the hispanic communities here in the states don't get any systematic abuse by police at all, only black folks. But it makes sense to isolate to gain more support eh? The whole BLM movement is an I'll thought out idea and it will never make any head way into racism.

And if you don't think a part of racism is generational then you are not even worth debating with.

I wish people would stop saying it's the older generation that's racist. It is important not to generalise like that. I am a young person and I am racist. Show us younger generation a bit more respect.

There’s no problem at all with what they did. Funny that the sort of people complaining are always on about how you can’t say anything these days and it’s attack on freedom of speech, but soon as someone uses freedom of speech to challenge their beliefs it must be shut down

All the recent protests have been great at highlighting just how many racists there are in this country. People who can’t bear that black people might get more of a voice or representation. Even a black family in an Argos advert had them boycotting the brand recently because they couldn’t relate. Absurd when you consider they had no issue with them using a family of aliens a few years back!

Can't believe Sue Barker, Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell have been sacked from Question of Sport for being white.
Soon you won't see a white face on TV. Especially, if like me, you only watch Sky channels in the 700s.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Even if it is the reason they are sacked, does it justified the complaints? Two wrongs don't make a right.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's not why they were sacked. I don't know why an otherwise reasonable poster like DJ would be spreading these lies.
