"The Czechs fielded a 2nd side against Scotland to ensure the fixture went ahead. Celtic should have done the same in the original fixture. Entirely the fault of Celtic that they couldn't field their strongest 11 in the original fixture."
If I recall correctly original postponement was by order of Scottish government? Wasn't Celtics call.
Czechs had wanted to call the game off but we're told by football authorities "game goes ahead....pick a team"

Should Celtic not have had to play reserve players in the original fixture? Not get it postponed?

Er, if the reserve squad had been back in training, maybe, but they weren't and if they were they would be sharing facilities at Lennoxtown so that's that fckd.

I can't find a link anywhere so its the wireless old school its not all that bad a shot 20 yards wide is commentated like it inches
