Maguire is Ole's signing, and it's Ole who prefers Lindelof to Smalling and Bailly.

I think I said a couple of months back that, while I got the desire for Sancho, if we didn’t get him we should invest in those two areas. Maguire needs a quicker partner than Lindelof, who should be back-up only, and Matic is the only DM we have.
Sadly, we’ve always got games like that in us.
I have said it from day 1.
I honestly do not see how these pair are better than smalling. The mythical being good on the ball is useless when you cannot defend.

I've never understood the fans of other clubs coming on and chatting sheite and wumming like they do, ffs even I have better things to do?
I was shocked at how often there seemed to be a palace player running free through the middle unmarked in between the centre halves.
If palace had more quality they would have been clean through about 20 times today

Keep defending mediocrity
Thought TFM was the biggest culprit to be honest. Cant recall him contributing at all defensively. He was never trying to get back to help when players were running through and he was useless going forwards as well. Missed AWB.
