Not defending anything. But making out that his first (half) season and his second were the same is just not true.
We need to get better, no doubt about it. Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal are all likely to fighting with us for top four this season, plus any surprise packages. But Solskjaer earned some time by getting 3rd last season, regardless of everyone else.

Thought TFM was the biggest culprit to be honest. Cant recall him contributing at all defensively. He was never trying to get back to help when players were running through and he was useless going forwards as well. Missed AWB.

Well we all know lindelofs weaknesses. He was left with two players running at him a lot as we play with split cbs and maguire is too slow to keep up. Awb is often the one there to help out. Mctominay did it on occasion today but it wasn't enough with TFM awol the whole game.

I been calling out this crap CB pairing for a long time. Got criticism here for it but I'm glad people are waking up.
Honestly I rather have Jones and Smalling as our Cbs then the current 2
Ole wants to play a high press and attacking brand of football but we simply can't do this with 2 slow CBs and a keeper that doesn't like leaving his 6 yard box.
