Look at the Tories, for God's sake. I voted Tory when I was first old enough to vote, but the party now is an abhorrent bastardisation of conservatism. They're a horrible blend of libertarian/populist claptrap, more UKIP than Tory nowadays.

Not necessarily, your body adapts at the same time. its the reason were better at combatting the flu naturally than we were 60 years ago.
