'Herding' invites casualties. The entire picture has changed. We now have a requirement for a whole new infrastructure. Like Defence, NHS, Education;we now need a Virals Dept.
And the first question our Tory friends will ask is......
How do we get skin in the game?

That's still a million deaths, cold hard facts indeed.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yeah but as i said earlier we all have to die. We cant all live forever.
Each year the uk loses about 450k and gains about 600k births.
Worldwide i don't know but 1m aint that much. Out of that 1m your talking what? 600k being a couple of years before their time, luck dependant.
Now you can see my point. Herd immunity would have been the way to go.
Can certainly see your point. When does 2 million become the norm?

When about 200m have it. At the end of the day it wont ever go away and we will reach that point regardless.
Its like trying to hold back the tide.
Look at the damage they cause.
Goes against nature and stops the natural flow.
There's good dams and bad dams mate.
I'm beginning to think you've got a bad dam in yer heid mate?
All dams should be dammed to hell
Ha, only trying to wind you up. Schitt's draconian but it wouldn't really sit well if society was to endorse an 'yer gawny die ennyway mate' politik.

Yeah i get that hence why the usual haters jumped on my comment and bombarded me with abuse but at the end of the day as grim as it is, Herd immunity was the way forward.
It will be interesting in a years time when unemployment sits about 15 to 20 percent how many thought the government got it right.
