Same decision the jury came to. The jury who were presented with ALL the facts and evidence, unlike you or I.

A grand jury came to this decision and iit was the right decision in my opinion. If a policeman is being fired at he has the right to fire back.

So you honestly think that if people (they didn't say they were cops) busted your door down, at night, you defend yourself with one shot, one fires 10, the others fire god knows how much, killing an innocent hospital worker in her bed in the process, then admit it was totally the wrong house, is justified and not murder. WTF!

1) a neighbour gave evidence the Police did shout loudly "Police" before they entered.
2) The first shot was fired by Breonna's boyfriend.
3) Breonna was shot in the cross fire in her hallway, not "in her bed".
