Negatives far outweigh the positives. Alot of work needs done. The job is starting to look too big for ole, as much as I live him for what he's done. He has done his best but tactically niave and failure to motivate a team that should have dealt with palace and brighton easily instead both games we should have lost. We got extremely lucky today. The team just isn't working hard enough and have zero creativity.
