Eh? What happened to it being essential we take domestic cups seriously as we need a trophy? I know the fixture list isn’t great, but throwing a cup game? Against Chelsea? Unforgivable, and I’m sure he won’t.

If your players were able to aim properly in the penalty area, the ridiculous penalty decision against Dire wouldn’t have mattered in the first place. Now you want them to be able to aim at a much smaller, moving target instead? They ought to concentrate on aiming at the huge static thing behind the goalkeeper first.

Should’ve dispatched both teams with ease snd the games have been in the balance with 15 minutes to go

It has been incidents that on the face value, feels like it has only happened because of the profile of the club. This was outlined by Jose yesterday and I feel the same.
Even if I try to stay as neutral as possible and not throw a wobbly, there are plethora of incidents that point to the fact that Spurs are picked on.
However, I know Jose is Portugese smart and there is a way to deal with these situations, and given time, things will turn around.
One of the ways to address this issue is not to let incidents come to a point where it is in the ref's hands.
We should have scored another goal, or just waste time to the point just keep hold off the ball, go down and get free kicks, and slow the game down.
Jose will in time, get the players to understand what it means take it away from the officials
Joining Bale and Son in the treatment room is defender Japhet Tanganga who currently has as thigh injury.
Again, Tanganga’s current progress is unknown, with the defender yet to feature in a matchday squad this season.

I am bitter too no doubt. I take your point though. Hoping Bale stays fit and help us get over soon with a cracking season. Kane is already on form and Son is banging them in. One more player would be sweet!
