I kind of get why they want it but personally I like the differences in the leagues. Clubs are already becoming identikits of each other, just with some doing it better than others, and I miss the variety.

I kind of get why they want it but personally I like the differences in the leagues. Clubs are already becoming identikits of each other, just with some doing it better than others, and I miss the variety.

As a fan, I am guessing it is nice to have each league with its quirky and controversial footballing rules, but players and managers want a uniform rules, so they know how to coach/ train their players and players know what to expect.
This handball rules is the most fanciful decision I have seen in this game. Defenders need their arms to jump and they do raise arms to get a leverage when jumping - they can't just cut their arms off?
Maybe send the defenders with arms tied at the back?
Football has seriously lost the plot with this stupid handball rule.

We should’nt be brought in line with them when their rules are so daft
Been watching the Italian league quite alot since lockdown and the amount of handball penalties which are given is unreal.
Only good thing about it is no matter which team you are they will be given against u. Since some very dubious ones given against Juventus and they are supposed to be untouchable.
VAR, players missing with Covid, no fans, comedy hand ball rules, incompetence, bias and corruption, media agendas etc, it all renders football a complete sham these days.
Many people have lost interest in it, the enjoyment has been taken away and replaced with a parody premier league.
