Hopefully it happens. He’ll certainly should make a big difference to the team. Also kolasinac looks like he could be off for around 8-10m! Not a terrible fee and we get about 100k a week off the books for an average at best left back!

They are saying that Bayer's choice now all on Kola because he can play CB and FB as well and that make him interesting for Bayer.
Kicker saying the fee would be between 10-12M EUR.
Main obstable is Kola's wages. That is what now needed to be negogiated.

That is what the Kicker also said. Bayer intensified the negogiation with Kola and Arsenal after they made a choise of three potential players. They chose Kolasinac and manager Bosz wants him.

Getting AOUAR is all good, but we need to get Partey. Partey will help us compete against the top 4 teams. Hes very good at beating the press, which we struggle against big teams and also strong and powerful, something we really miss in the midfield.
Let's not get happy till he's officially signed.

Yeah We definitely need both of these types of midfielders for sure. Hope we can get it done in this window, but looking hard to pull off both. At least there’s signs the club know our weaknesses and is trying to address it. Hopefully if we can’t get it done this window it’ll be something finally resolved soon. For ages we’ve let our squad have holes in it and seemingly have never really tried to fix it

Yes, he was excellent in the Champions League for Lyon.
I only saw him in CL after lockdown. He looked quality. But he was very highly rated before I ever watched him myself, thought he would end up at Barca/City/Juve someone like that
