No, but it was the covid that's not covid that was going round. I was negtive but it knocked me off my feet for over a week, then I got sciatica <doh) and coud hardly walk. I'm falling to bits.

Oh my friend has sciatica and can't really sit down. Sounds really painful. I ruined my back in the gym this week
Sciatica is awful, you can't sit, stand, walk or lay flat. A bit of a buggger trying to get some sleep.
What did you do? Too heavy weights?
Yeah doing dead lifts and heard a ripping crunching sound. The cure is to keep moving though so just out and about. My friend bought an arrse cushion which is a wedge shape and that really helps him
Went to check in on Wycombe, happy they won then realised who their opponents were #Sorry Kit
