I believe that's the case Solihull. Obviously, if we do
go in for a #8 or #10, it'll be from the Championship.
I really like Buendia. I also like Benrahma but isn't he
more of a true winger? I see Buendia more as a CM.

Id rather we wait till January rather than limit ourselves to the championship.

Not saying there is not great players there.

But clubs in the chompionship now know they are the only market available to premiership clubs that contains any real quality, so id imagine that's going to have an impact on prices

There aren't many championship playmakers close to Pablo's level. Buendia is the pick of the bunch, Benrahma is more of a wide forward. Sign Buendia and we'll be set for the season.

there will be a lot of premier league outfits eyeing the guy up. Norwich will benefit from the parachute payment and will not be keen to sell as they have a reduced market to look at. They can buy from the premier league but who is going to be keen to sell to them.
Think if someone does buy him they'll be paying through the nose.
We have enough, leave it.

cuisance was a midfielder, Raphinha a winger, as best those distinctions still exist in the modern game or bielsaball.

Whether one took the budget of the other and the cupboard is now bare is another point... but ideally we still need competition/cover for klich, and all indicators are we’re still in the market for one.

Given that market is now domestic only, will that mean January or ‘wait and see’ - depending on league position and/or foreshaw returning to fitness in the mean time (unlikely as him ever getting fit seems)? Anyone’s guess.

I’d be pretty sure raphinha means no to Benrahma or buendia - but then I’ve lost count of the times I’m wrong

I agree Milkyboy. Frankly, I don't see us getting anyone from the Championship without being fleeced. I think we're done for now. Very happy with this window.
