Vdb if he gets the stance. That will mean dropping pogba or bruno which will never happen. telles could be a huge upgrade on shaw in an attacking sense so be interesting to see how he does.
I know he doesn't join until Jan - but Amad Diallo is the one I am looking forward to the most.
Out of the ones who joined in summer, probably Cavani or Telles. I think Cavani will bring more than what people think. Telles and his crossing ability should be utilided.

AWB is a far bigger problem in this side than Shaw is.
The main benefit of another left back for is that it gives Williams the opportunity to go over to the other side. Hopefully he displaces AWB soon enough

I personally hope telles delivers as I really do not rate shaw and the fact he is overrated - he is decent at best imo

Don't know if RDD is banned or not, but pretty sure that they are the same person. Either way, both wums that add noting to the debate.
I think Talles will get 20-30mins at the end of the Newcastle game.
Against PSG we'll probably go 3 at the back with Shaw as LCB and Talles at LWB. That's when we'll get a real glimpse of what he can do.
Of course CAvani will definitely have some role aginst his former club. That's a given.

I think that he will do ok. He is still a physical specimen. People are making a lot about his injuries and lack of games last season, but a lot of that was down to falling out with Tuchel.

I went from wanting to kill LVG for getting rid of rafael, to seeing damian and thinking he might be an upgrade to realising he wasn't.
Cannot remember which game it was but I remember darmian being rag dolled and he just never recovered.

I remember watching Darmian in the world cup and he looked absolutely class. I was really happy when we signed him not too long after - thought we'd got the new Cafu. We hadn't.

Shaw has been no more of a liability than any other player this season ffs.
in fact last season he was actually one of our better players.
