That makes no difference in the outcome. If a player is injured the punishment should be harsher.
Richarlison deserves his ban, without a doubt. But Pickford should get 1,3, 10 games because of the injury. You would have to prove intent.
Was VVD out to cause injury or leave his mark with his two fouls in first two mins yesterday. I think he was intent on causing an injury if possible on either DCL of Rodriguez.
