The Irish lockdown is crazy. Should be 2 weeks at worst. You just know once Christmas is over they’ll do another one.
and Baz, don't drink lots of beer before trying and skip across Crib Goch ridge.

Sending you some (virtual) empathy and solidarity, Matth.
I don't know if it's any help to know that many, many people face these things, and for those who are susceptible to these challenges, I think most are finding 2020 especially tough, with all its constraints, isolation and worries.
I hope you know you can always come on this forum and find good people to talk to if you're feeling low. Take care of yourself.

I've walked for hours with the dog during this pandemic and it's been some great thinking time to be honest away from tech/TV etc.
Just looking at the see and spotting some seals/dolphins (may sound boring) has been a pleasure. It may be more difficult as winter approaches but we still get some cracking days.
Stick with it. You'll be OK. Perhaps a video of you from somewhere outside talking about how you're feeling good after exercise will help you if you do feel the need to talk but from a positive angle.

More people have died this year from suicide than COVID-19. If you need help then please speak to someone - it's rarely as bad as it seems once you get a fresh perspective and realise you aren't alone. Plenty of people will feel low during lockdown. It's natural to feel a bit down in the dumps from time to time.
In my experience, it's best to mast*rbate before making any meaningful life decisions.
How long does it take?
Depend how far you want to walk around the Horseshoe. But you need to arrive back at where you parked you car in the hours of daylight, so factor that in mind.
Also November isn't an ideal month to be up there.
