They have a few decent players now, they spent well during the Summer, but it is the depth that will do for them. That said, they can concentrate 100 per cent on the prem, having no European football.

I have seen games where 10 players won the game. If your side is that good, it shouldn't matter but you know before the sending off, Spurs were already 2-1 up and tore into your side

Early days. League still looks as though it has the potential to be wide open still.
Everton will be aiming to get back in the European places this season I would imagine and that is obviously extremely doable for them.
We were as poor opening day as we have been in any game over last 2 years of some pretty poor displays, Everton could have had a hatful and played better in games after that which they won more competitively. We started their run of belief after they got over a bit of a hoodoo against us.

Yeah well done. You beat a team with 10 men who had played 5-6 games less preparation. Its a one off game that ultimately long term proves nothing. Bale is well past his best. Reguilon looks decent but early days and some lad from Benfica on loan and you now honestly believe you have the best squad in the league. Totally and utterly deluded

I have seen games where 10 players won the game. If your side is that good, it shouldn't matter but you know before the sending off, Spurs were already 2-1 up and tore into your side

Early days. League still looks as though it has the potential to be wide open still.
Everton will be aiming to get back in the European places this season I would imagine and that is obviously extremely doable for them.
We were as poor opening day as we have been in any game over last 2 years of some pretty poor displays, Everton could have had a hatful and played better in games after that which they won more competitively. We started their run of belief after they got over a bit of a hoodoo against us.
