for me the side with less games due to being mid table fodder last season will be a bigger threat than people realise.
villa and everton won't be able to put 10wins together but spurs might regret getting into the europa by the time Christmas is over.
I've a feeling that nobody will be miles out in front by Christmas and we will see someone emerge in january/February as last man standing sort of thing.
the fixtures are absolutely brutal this year. the internationals are a disgrace.

Played 3 teams from last seasons top 10 and beat them all.
Standard draw away to the little fellas across the park.
Can’t imagine it’s gonna take 97 or more points to win the league this year. Mid 80s might do it,

Yes, completely agree. Especially, if they can limit the damage against the ‘top six’ sides. I also think that Chelsea, Spurs and United will be real threats. They have the players to win the league especially as I think 82 - 86 points may be enough to win it this season.

City really seem to be stagnating at the moment. I could be wrong, but they just don’t look like they could string a long run of results together.

its not brilliant for them so far.
I think you’re both spot on.
We’ve no idea how either teams defense is gonna work out this season. City just keep buying CBs in the hope of finding a partner for Laporte, but even he is a crock.
Us without Virgil is massive, but I don’t think we are quite gonna regress time the levels of The Sahko/Lovren era. We’re gonna lose matches, but not sure if it’ll be more than city.
This season is perfectly set up for a dark horse
