Hopefully Scotland can get through and we are free of restriction by June 2021. That summer Friday night, England v Scotland, will be mental.

Bet the restrictions will be lifted the Monday after the match

Scotland 4/1 to win. I feel those are very good odds seeing as we are in good form and there is no home advantage. Nailed on 1-0 with Dykes scoring.

Looks like the Serbs have some Covid issues, in terms of players not being allowed to travel home for it, so might not be anywhere near full strength. Think we’ll need all the help we can get!

Whilst my interest in the national team is now at an all-time low, if would be a real boost to finally qualify again. Attended our last 4 finals, bowing out on a high at the WC opening ceremony game vs Brazil at France ‘98. Didn’t think it would be this long without qualifying for another ... and in all honesty, if we don’t take this one-off chance it could be long enough till we see another one.

There seem to be reports that the Serb covid issues aren't happening or aren't so bad, I'm not sure. Anyway it looks like a very tough game. But fingers crossed!

Can't wait for Thursday, it's going to be a tough match but these are the type of games Clarke was brought in for

think we may come up short however

I'm feeling like we've been so schite but still winning when it matters that it's fate we're going to qualify when it's in Glasgow.

The game will be dreadful and McBurnie will get the winner in ET.

he makes kicking a football look sore, awful player

Honestly he's been so bad for us i think he will get the winner, this campaign has been bizarre and that will crown it.

i'm not getting drawn into this.

we'll get beat and it will be close but no cigar as always.

so not getting excited for it, not hopeful, nothing.

I think Serbia will be far too good for us, but we've just got to hope they have an off day.

We'll be hard to beat and have built up a bit of momentum but I think this will be a wee bit too much for us.

i think our biggest issue is that we are schite.

we will struggle to overcome that.

Serbia are not in great form. One win in their last six and that was in extra time against Norway. They haven't done so well in the nations league matches against similar level opposition, like we will be. Positives.

yeah but glorious failure used to be finding ways to not qualify from our group at world cups and euro's

Soon 'glorious failure' will be nearly finding our way to the stadium.

Come on Scotland!

Not usually too bothered, but they`ve built up the hopes again.

Never works when our players are openly confident. Will be a difficult night. I expect us to fall short, but hope for a good performance, confirming we are moving in the right direction under Clarke
