If you were to ask me now what our style of play is, I wouldn't have a clue what to say.
Neither would Lennon or the players I'd guess.
I mind last season it was always Duffy who was the one giving directions and orders from the touchline. Whenever a sub was made, he'd be the guy explaining to the sub what his role was etc.
No surprise to see we've resorted to the usual Lennon p¡sh since Duffy left.

Aye, I use that Swype feature and end up with heaps of typos as I don't take my time
For me Celtic not only have a better squad than Rangers but a better 1st XI, it's the managers job to get the most out of them and for whatever reason he's no longer doing that, it cannot be called a blip any longer, we're a 3rd of the way through the season and have struggled to create chances all season, add to that an embarrassing showing in Europe.
Early season even though I had serious concerns about the way we were playing I thought it was too risky to sack him, I felt the players that had been there and done it would see us through until it clicked again, now I think the risk is bigger to not replace him, we have to at least roll the dice, coz at the moment this team is going out with a whimper.
Can someone pass comment on Lennon throwing the players under the bus?? Lauders is about to burst a blood vessel because none of us bograts have mentioned it in more than passing yet.

It's Lennon's job to set the team up in a certain formation, to communicate what each player's role is, and to motivate them.
It looks like the team are just being told to "go out and play" with no instructions.. and when they look to the dugout Lennon is just sat there with his thumb up his erse looking disinterested.
He might as well be playing candy crush on his phone for all the impact he has on a game these days.
