I agree he's captain material but I'd rather he wasn't. Let's not pile even more pressure on him with all it entails. He leads by example anyway.

Regarding last night I think his pleading when conceding a pen may have influenced things a bit as well. Too often recently our team has seemingly accepted things when they go wrong. He didn't yesterday and it's time we get a bit more aggressive in that respect.
