NI local football allow 500 approx home fans in and 1000 for internationals, so no reason EPL and SPL cannot flow.

We all want fans back, football is not football without them, but you can`t have fans back in some areas of the country and other areas fan free, it compromises the integrity of the competition. Some clubs playing in front of fans and others not would be completely unfair.

We have already had one season reduced to a meaningless and tainted sham, we don`t want another.

Billy, you are just going to have to get over this “tainted” obsession you have mate. Nobody is going to stop fans heading into stadiums all season just to create a “fair game”. If and when fans are allowed back, it’s simply has to happen. Clubs need income. Fans need that interaction. Who cares about a season that changes midway. It’s an unprecedented season and so was last season, it’s just the way it is mate

I have no problem with fans in stadiums for the FA Cup 3rd round onwards or European games once the knock out stage starts. However having started the league campaign without them the whole season should be played under those same circumstances. People can dismiss fairness all they like but its important remember there are more away points gained when fans are absent so a team who've dropped points at home deserve the chance to avenge the result in front of an empty stadium when the fixture is reversed.

Of course Levy wouldn't agree with me.

Yep, like last season it would devalue the competition. But, of course money is more important than integrity.

Luckily the season only had 9 games left last season and one team was already 25 points clear practically won it anyway. More of an issue for european places and relegation. The title was still the most legit title win ever whether billy likes it or not.

Only 9 games in this season Everyones level up until that point everyone usually played the same amount of home games as away roughly. Like last season luck of the draw everyone was in the same boat when fixtures were draw it was 100% fair everyone knows the implications of covid and its as fair as it can be considering that.

If you think thats so unfair where do you stop? The leagues never been fair everythings different from refs to weather to form to injuries its not likee veryone plays under the same circumstances already is it? As its impossible. Get a grip ffs.

However the prem clubs wont agree to restart fans unless every club can have them. Theyre not that in need of money in the prem but it might be diff lower down the leagues. Clubs wont begrudge other clubs being allowed a chance of survival financially with fans willthey? But this system will ofc be unfair advantage.

Truth is part of winning titles and survival or qualifying for europe is overcoming these obstacles and changes throughout the season. Be it injuries or bad weather or poor officiating or being unlucky you have to play a team away when theyre allowed fans back?

Some teams play liverpool with 10/25 man squad out injured others wont. Hows that fair?

Nobody asked for it tragic situation that is covid 19 but we need to continue to carry on best we can, cant be selfish using it as an excuse like some relegation threatened teams tried to last season.
