Just a typical bad loser. Many managers are like that including our own, although so far Jose has been rather mellow about results not going his way.

Only a rare few who show humility and one of them was our ex. Klopp could learn a thing or 2 from Poch.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Its strange that there were none of these articles after we beat Leicester and he said exactly the same thing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But we know he's a bad loser and excuse maker from other moments.

I can see why spurs fans hate us, we broke their hearts in the biggest game in their pathetic history.

But trying to persist with this rivalry is boring

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I genuinely didn't realise you hated Spurs this much. Our previous interactions didn't indicate it at all.

Shame. I was in Madrid drinking and having a good time with Liverpool fans who were absolutely sound. We even stopped our taxi to pick up a lone Liverpool fan desperate to hlget back to the airport. All that, after losing and probably the most gutted I have ever felt after a football match.

I thought you were one of those types Pranks. I'm genuinely abit gutted you arent.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I look forward to you calling out sandy and alike.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I haven't had the same chat with those. I have with Pranks. I woukdnt tell off someone else's kids if they were playing up but I would my own.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Tell me off
----------------------------------------------------------------------

That was putting my point across as a perspective thing.

I. E I have had chats with you on here and genuinely thought you were OK. I know what Sandy etc are like and haven't had the same conversations with them. That's all I'm getting at. The kids thing was to try and make sense of it.

Anyway, I'm done with this thread.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Tongue in cheek springs to mind with this run of comments and my original comment.

I just don’t get the rivalry

What VAR decision yesterday is he particularly upset about?

I thought the penalty was a soft one but there is no way anyone can claim it was a shocker.

The other decisions seemed tight but the right call.

What is the issue?

As for Klopp, I like him. There are things he does that I think he shouldn't but he is a manager who is a proven winner so who am I to tell him. Winners don't like losing, simple
----------------------------------------------------------------------
this is it isnt it, if you actually watch the interview he agreed with all decisions, yet the reporter wasnt happy so said oh but ur captain said it wasnt a pen blah blah.

Klopp also didnt want to talk about wed sat fixtures again after sky but low n behold.

Watch the video, hes calm and does well tbh. The reporters and idiot that doesnt even know what hes talking about. And hes honest and fair even with Wilder he said if i was in his position maybe id be selfish too fighting for relegation but its not about what he thinks its about unfair advantage its about player welfare in an even more difficult season than usual with injuries..

U2 mate. Just cut my spuuuuds in to chips <pun> soaked in olive oil and into the oven with the porky whites.

Looking forward to the footy today hoping the spurs game will be good.

Also its nothing to do with dropping points he accepted it n tried to move on in the interview. He aslo said the same after winning the other week. He also said the same when City had wed night sat noon kick off, said it was ridiculous. He also said a lot of managers have changed their mind on 5 subs as they can see wheres its heading already and they were wrong. Moyes admitted as much. These things are talked about behind doors but nothings done so Klopps taking the fight to them and fair play. Doubt theyll change but atleast we all know why.

I've got to agree with the OP but I felt he has a darker side for a while now.

I can't forget his public humiliation of Benteke in front of the TV cameras for the whole world to see. That should have been done one on one in private - very poor man management!

His dismissal of Wilder was pretty poor as well. Klopps entire bench would get in Wilders 1st 11 but Klopp presumably feels he should have an even greater advantage over the so called lesser teams!

Crying in front of the camera every week is a bad look.

Bit early in the day for sausage and chips. I’ve only been up an hour and a half

Yeah should be a good game today. I’d take a point now

Dismissal of Wilder? Without going too playground, you've seen what Wilder said during the week, right?

I agree with Wilder about not having 5 substitutes, Klopp clearly wants 5 - I know what I think is right on that particular point!

Klopp should pull his team out of Europe if he is unhappy about fixture congestion, there are plenty of clubs who would jump at the chance to play Weds Sat. The bloke is a grade A mug who suffers from severe Wengeritis.

Nice to see you boys and girls still wound tight over Klopp and Liverpool generally. 😂

Bit late to this but I don’t really agree OP, although I think there’s an element of him being painted as this friendly guy who is nice to everyone... he’s a fierce competitor just like the rest of them.

I don’t think any manager or any of us can claim not to have moments where you let emotions get the better of you - hardly a revelation.

Quite enjoyed his debate with the journalist yesterday and imo there’s not enough honest disagreement in the world now... too many binary views and abuse for people who disagree. They both had good points.

On the penalty, still struggling to understand why anyone would say it wasn’t a pen.

You wouldn't hear the end of it with Mourinho because it's all done for the media attention and unwanted claims that spark news, such as criticising Luke Shaw publicly for example, just stirring up a news story.

At least Klopp's argument and frustrations have some benefit to football. We've been moaning about the same things week after week, players are getting injured constantly and it will be the same for any clubs who suddenly have to play a large number of games in a small period of time.

Everybody else is making use of 5 subs, particularly due to the crammed nature of this season, it is especially applicable and tbh, is a rule that should continue for the benefit of football players' well-being. But whatever can give those bottom clubs an artificial advantage aye.

“I’ve got incredible respect for these top managers because they produce top results and win things.

But they’re selfish, they look after their own clubs. They’re not going to be bothered about Sheffield United, they’re not going to be bothered about England.

They’re going to be bothered about Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea, which I understand and respect. I would be the same, but I’m bothered about Sheffield United and it doesn’t help us to have five subs."

What's so bad about that?

I did think that Klopp’s decision to pick out Wilder was a poor one and probably one he regrets. Not very professional.

posted on 29/11/20

That's Wilder's Conference mentality coming into it. Not being bothered about the well-being of his own players, that's poor is that within itself.

posted on 29/11/20

Of course Wilder is bothered about the condition of his players. Non argument.

Wilder made some comments about Klopp and he got a little back.
Hardly unprofessional, just a difference of opinion.

Unprofessional from both imo... must admit to having missed Wilder’s comments - were they recent?
