Agree with all that , though i do think Chelsea may push us as well
Cfc have a good squad but I feel will need another season at least plus I'm not sure about Lampard tactically yet.
GB while this iscs shameless pop at certain people on this site ill just say I can't wait to see a fit thiago, we were teased with that 45 mind in the Derby when he showed his quality.
Liverpool should have too much over 38 games but i wouldn't underestimate a Jose second season team and if Chelsea keep Mendy and Silva fit they will keep a lot of clean sheets.
IF we get to the stage where only VVD and Gomez are out then we should start to pull away. But I've got a feeling we might be waiting until 2021 before that becomes a reality, can see more injuries as other players come back due to the number of games (eight in December).
But we've been managing ok so far, still joint top despite our players dropping like flies. It doesn't look like anyone is going to go on a massive winning run anytime soon so as long as we don't drop loads of points throughout the next month I think we'll be there or thereabouts.
Thiago is the biggest frustration of the season so far. In one half against Chelsea and the full match in the derby he showed how good he is going to be, we should certainly go up through the gears when he is back.

Agree with this.
It will be a close one. I think Chelsea and Spurs have shown what they are about, even in the fixture tonight and will show they aren't one to be shrugged off.
The worrying part for both of them is even with a depleted squad for most of the season with key players and even squad players missing, going to the bare bones and the lot, Liverpool are still keeping in touch.
The next 2 months will be crucial.
Chelsea and City will be strong challengers.
I round the day we can’t challenge.
I don’t think we will win it but if we get through the difficult period and keep our main players fit, I see no reason why we can’t push.

Sorry fir the typo - predictive text
I meant i wouldn’t say we can’t challenge’
Though I’m aware this is one of GB’s wum articles
What people haven't yet considered is that the other teams may well be hit as hard as we have been in the next few months while we get our players back
Whatever happens - let’s hope it’s a close and interesting season!!
1/4 of the way thru the season already!!
Couldn’t even beat Brighton mate, pipe down

You haven't beaten anyone above 14th.
We (Spurs) look like a different animal this season - I wouldn’t expect us to fall away easily, I think we will be pushing to the very end. Doesn’t mean I think we will win it, but we look tough to beat and nailed on for top 4. We were supposed to be falling away at this point don’t forget, not being top for a second consecutive week.
Also since the shambles against West Ham we have conceded 1 goal in our last 5 Prem games and even that goal should never have stood. Jose has well and truly josed us and with a world class front line we have a huge chance
Nobody knows who will win in the end. But writing Spurs off because they usually fall away, doesn't mean they will this season. Any more than it applied to you pre Klopp
Cups will be interesting. Both up for grabs for those who get kind draws.

Let’s hope we draw spurs in the 3rd round , can’t see that getting much attention on the site
Doesn't look like any team need to or is capable of winning 10 on the trot to win the league this season.
I suspect we will disregard the FA Cup even more than usual this season

Yep, Liverpool's mentality is impressive to put it mildly, reminds me of when Chelsea kept up with Fergie's United despite an injury crisis and Avram Grant in charge then United keeping up with them two years later despite similar troubles.

Yeah, will just be like a bunch of injured horses limping towards the finish line until one of them collapses over it.
Title is ours. Spurs and Pool main challengers but ultimately will fall short
City won’t even come top 4

Just M City then as challengers!
