why on earth would a spurs fan, who has seen jose manage two of your rivals, favour the individual over the club?
presumably what has happened is that, as was the case when he joined united, those fans with a really visceral hatred of the guy - and there are plenty, though i was never entirely sure why - were the most vocal, and drowned your board with negativity.
and the more vocal the naysayers, the louder will be the shouting when you're doing well.
but jesus, this place is like the united board, fans actually getting grumpy when you win, because it doesn't fit their view of the manager.

Just wanna see Spurs win football matches..... If Jose as manager enables us to do that then its a win, win..... Its about the club first. No need to get so wrapped up in personalities. To put it in context (as unlikely as it is). I’d be more than happy if we sold Kane, reinvested the money and won the league as a result
