Liverpool are top on H2H, please update your table
This is all well and good Sandy, and there’s no doubt Jose is trying to instil a stronger mentality into our players which is rubbing off well in these big games.
But it’s slightly concerning that we’ve drawn 3 games against Newcastle, West Ham and Crystal Palace in such avoidable circumstances. Because of this we’re one defeat from being dragged back into the Top 4 challenging pack, alongside so-called lesser teams like Soton, Leicester, Chelsea, Everton and Utd - when we could have so easily been several points clear at the top and half a dozen clear of the Top 4.
6 points wasted in our 3 draws to the mid-table pack, all were last minute gifts, and the concern is that we’ll keep doing this, which could ultimately cost us.

You can only be joint top if the GD is exactly the same , if it was then alphabetically Liverpool would named first.
However, Spurs goal difference is superior to Liverpool’s. If the season had ended on Sunday night, Spurs would have been Champions.............sadly it didn’t so we keep going too the next game.

In 2019/20 the team who have collected the most points in the head-to-head duels between the sides lying level on points, will take the highest finishing position.
Not according to the offical Premier league website.
