In 2019/20 the team who have collected the most points in the head-to-head duels between the sides lying level on points, will take the highest finishing position.
Not according to the offical Premier league website.

Fancy United to do the double over Liverpool. Would not be surprised to see United finish above Liverpool in the top four. Liverpool cannot keep getting over the line with last minute winners.

Why are Arsenal in this big 6 table, surely
Leicester City should be as they have recently won the league and finished 5th.
