Whilst Bale has been a great player, I think Welsh fans might just put the great John Charles their best ever player. Then again there was also the great Cliff Jones.......🤔

Bale for now. We have seen Bale go through his peak years and you can be forgiven for thinking he's already out of them now at age 31. He was hampered by injury for a lot of it but still had 4 seasons where he got a 1 in 2 or more goal ratio throughout and his last season for us he got over 20 league goals and literally carried what was a weaker Spurs side than this one.
Son has only just entered into his world class peak in the last year or so and is having a fantastic season. Who knows how long it could last and what he could achieve during it. He'll need to have more than this one fantastic season to trump Bale though.

agree Genius Cliffy had some amazing stats at Spurs and John Charles represented his country at CB and CF was a massive transfer when he went to Juventus
Yes I think Bale has to go down as the best Welsh player ever. He was unplayable and at Madrid won ridiculous silverware
