Aït-Nouri is a shadow of the player that came on for his debut. You can clearly see he has had his wings clipped and he now looks completely uncomfortable and a little edgy.
And Donk just can't get any luck this season goal wise, been very unfortunate.

I would suggest that the Premier league is the hardest league to score goals in in the world.
Certainly some of the leagues are made up of two/three decent teams the rest being pretty average.
There is not one easy game in the Prem.
Give the lad a chance, he wouldn't be in the team if Jimmy had not got crocked.

what i care about is poor wolves.
we've been sold a pup
weve paid £34 mill for a future superstar who's turned out to be anything but - only to be told that we cant afford to buy despite being one of the divisions lowest scorers because we've blown £34 mill on a latterday mcalinden.
Probably a little harsh Wolfgang but I get the point.
People keep saying the price doesn't matter but of course it does, that price limits what we can do in this window and maybe the next one to a degree and we are not in the position to be taking these kinds of chances, it almost borders on arrogance a little bit to me.
For that fee we are basically saying this kid is going to be a 100 million quid player. When those are the expectations then he has to surely be showing more than 'well he is young and needs to learn'. Not looking for the finished article of course and i truly hope i am just miles away and not getting it, time will tell.
One thing is indisputable is that Silva's finishing is certainly no better or consistent than most of his teammates at the moment.

the clubs answer the superstars failure is to recall someone we got rid of because he couldnt score !!
and the fans cheer this on !!
what a farce
Cutrone in ten minutes looked a much better fit to our current set up. I would like to think he will start on Tuesday but Nuno likes to take his time making obvious changes.

Don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say Cutrone lost possession every time he touched the ball last night. Different player entirely to Jimenez and Silva in that he’s not one to hold the ball up and lay it off to teammates. More wants the ball played in front to run onto. But he does get into the box and hopefully that leads to a goal or two. We can but hope
Silva had 22 touches last night in a game we completely and utterly dominated. Cutrone managed 5
Looking on the positive side, Silva can only get better. At 18 he has certainly not reached he peak of his ability. If Jimenez was fit I suspect Silva would be banging in goals for the U23s which is probably his level at the moment.
He does seem to have a weakness when it comes to heading the ball though and I suspect that he keeps his hair long to disguise the fact that his head is shaped like a thruppenny bit
I suspect we will see a Silva haircut pretty soon
Blackpool taking the shiite all the way to penalties. 2-2 after 123 minutes
Burnley gone to pens too against MK Dons
Burnley win
West Brom lose
Sam’s rescue plan not going to plan yet
Ah but he has his recently signed secret weapon, 33 year old Robert Snodgrass should settle well in the Hawthorns old people's home.
Snodgrass is a young whipper snapper compared to the old guard of Gareth Barry, Andy Lonergan, and the Chelsea pensioner! 😂
Gareth Barry has retired pal.
