-36c in Santander Spain last night.
Makes you lot look like Bahamas.
We will be a feeble -14c in the glens tonight.
Remarkably mild here by our standards. Only got snow that has hung around last week, less than a foot and daytime temps -5 ish, should be down at he -20c by now, and nightime -35c is normal

Obsessed as a kid about Nansen, Shackleton, Scott etc.

Coldest day in a decade here yesterday and even in seaside Carrick, ice did not melt all day....near went on my hoop running and then putting stuff in garden recycling bin, but shed saved me 😊😊😊
