I think dropping the leagues top scorer for the biggest game of the season would be ballsy at best!!
He will play the usual 3 as they are always do well in big games . I do agree shaq made a difference but can’t see him starting . If Matip is fit then we will prob see hendo Thiago and gini in midfield .
I still don’t think Utd have looked good This season and if we play at our usual level we will have more than enough for a win
Those two made a massive difference, particularly Thiago is just so positive and forward thinking in everything he does, he’s a class footballer.
It was genuinely embarrassing watching us stroll around at walking pace for the last 30 minutes of that first half against a bunch of school kids. I expect Klopp gave them a rocket up their arses at half time when you could see the non existent celebrations for the Wijnaldum goal.
We’re through and we move on to the next round that’s all you can say. Any kind of repeat of that first half performances and United will win by a comfortable margin next weekend though.

For example even in the first half last night, barring some good keeping and poor finishes you'd have scored 3. Same against Newcastle, WBA and to a lesser extent Southampton.

Our finishing against Newcastle and in the first half was particularly appalling. Against WBA and Saints, we didn’t really create any meaningful chances.
